Amendment III:

"No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in manner to be prescribed by law."

The amendment means that soldiers are not aloud to force themselves in one's personal home if the owner does not allow during any time period. 

I felt this picture was perfect for this amendment because it gives a more humorous point of view about citizens being able to turn soldiers down. I feel as though if a child looks at the picture they will understand the overall meaning for the amendment.
