Amendment VI:

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense."

This amendment means that you should not be held without a a trail and the witnesses shall be present. Everyone has the right to have counsel there with them during the time of trail. Also you should be told why you are standing in front of the judge and all counts against you.

I chose this video because not only is it a visual representation of the amendment but it is also pretty kid friendly.  I am a visual learner and each step of explaining the amendment they draw a picture with it.
