Amendment XXI:

Section 1.

The eighteenth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.

Section 2.

The transportation or importation into any state, territory, or possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of intoxicating liquors, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.

Section 3.

This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by conventions in the several states, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of the submission hereof to the states by the Congress.

This video is a summary for this particular amendment you read the 18th amendment so you know that amendment fought to keep Americans from being able to have alcohol. I chose this video because it puts the contents of this amendment in a visual aspect.

As we know the 18th amendment is the only amendment to be repealed. Well this is the amendment that repealed it which is stated in section one. Section two and three are somewhat contradicting in that they talk about banning alcohol from being transported.

I chose this picture because now that alcohol is legal and has been for many years now alcohol is used a lot within college students although each state has their own drinking age in college the access is fairly easy and college students tend to turn to liquor during those stressed times.
